Expression Data for "Microarray standard data set and figures of merit for comparing data processing methods and experiment designs"

Given the large size of our expression data, we will send CD sets to those who make request for the data at the following three levels:

(1) Flat data tables that include experiment conditions, target sequences, and processed expression ratio data.

(2) MATLAB expression profile data files for all individual experiments.

(3) Tiff files for all raw images of individual slides.
