Genetics is composed of an outstanding team of computational scientists, bioinformaticians and statistical geneticists. The group’s primary goal is to analyze the vast amount of genetic and molecular profiling data generated by Rosetta’s research programs in collaboration with Merck Research Labs therapeutic areas, academic partners and other companies. Genetics and molecular profiling data from segregating mouse and human populations are combined and analyzed in novel ways to identify the key drivers of complex human diseases and to discover the next generation of drug targets for these diseases. International collaborations with both the private and academic sector ensure the highest level of research.
